Oh, baby! Well there may not be a plastic baby hidden inside this cookie but we think the Mardi Gras sprinkles more than make up for it. If you're a fan of King Cake, or just cinnamon rolls, you'll love this cookie. We layered cinnamon sugar filling inside our cookie dough and folded it (instead of rolling) exactly like a King cake is made, and then topped it with icing with a hint of lemon and colored sugar.
