She's an intensely rich caramel brownie cookie: soft and fudgy with caramel in the middle and on top and packed with hand-cut European milk chocolate chunks, we love her crispy caramel edges that ooze onto the tray while baking. Like all of our cookies, she's made by hand, starting with house made brownie chunks from scratch and strategically hand-placed caramel. She's sloppy to bake, but so fun to eat you might just black out: You’ve been warned.
