Growing up, Anne’s mom was a health nut (a fact she appreciates today, but of course, rebelled against as a kid). This cookie was inspired by a vivid childhood memory of eating her first Fluffernutter sandwich on white bread at a neighbor’s house. At the time, it was mind-blowingly, scandalously naughty. Now you don’t have to be a kid to enjoy one of childhood’s guilty pleasures. We give you Fluffernutter Forever—baked with homemade peanut butter fudge, chocolate chunks, and of course, some naughty little marshmallows. You’re welcome.
