FLAVOR: CARAMEL APPLE WITH CARAMELIZED WHITE CHOCOLATE CHUNKS
Like the queen of the Fall County Fair, this caramel apple cookie needs a CROWN. Full of fresh apples, a dusting of cinnamon sugar and a chewy, gooey caramel center, we took it a step further this year and caramelized the white chocolate chunks to mellow out some of the sweetness. This crowd-pleasing cookie tastes like a crisp caramel apple got hitched to Grandma’s homemade apple pie. Oh, and P.S.-- it’s topped with even more caramel. YASSSS, KWEEN.
